Gibson Bagpipes faithfully reproduce the tonal qualities of the Duncan Macdougall of Breadalbane bagpipe onc owned by Capt J Maclellan.  Jerry Gibson was given unprecedented access to the original set to accurately reproduce the internal dimensions of this grat instrument.  Classic sound in a modern instrument.  Made from the best African Blackwood, each instrument is hand made one at a time.

We don't believe in a "one configuration fits all" approach. At McCarthy Highland Services you select the bag, cover, drone reeds, chanter, case, etc, that YOU want. Cheap sealed bags, and cheap reeds are not OUR standard, nor do we believe a $30.00 case will protect your treasured investment. If you want sticks and stocks, you can build your order that way too. We will fully setup and test your bagpipe the way you want it before it leaves our shop.
