Your order will ship as soon as possible.  Delays may occur for items which are currently out of stock.  Once all items have bee restocked they will ship with the entire order when unless prior arrangements are made.  All returns must be authorized in advance.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all authorized returns.  Please be advised that shipments that are refused by the recipient at the point of delivery or their postal outlet, will be considered unauthorized returns and as such refunds will not be offered.  All purchases made using cheque or money order must clear our bank before shipment of goods purchased.  Failure to pay will result in collection action being taken.  All sales of reeds are final.  Custom orders are non-refundable.  Deposits may be required for purchases,  please inquire for details.
